This sealer tightens and seals economical polypropylene strapping around packages or bundles, using heat and pressure to bond overlapped strap bands in about 2 to 5 seconds once activated. It operates at 72-100 PSI with a minimum hose diameter of 1/4 inch.
Compatible strapping is green polypropylene rated at 1,400 lbs tensile strength, in coils measuring 16" x 6" with a total roll length of 4,200 feet. Combining mechanical tension with thermal welding, this pressure-type sealer suits industrial packaging that needs reliable, economical bundle securing.
