Overview

Unex Carton Flow, Flow Racks and Picking Carts

Unex makes carton flow for gravity-fed order picking, including SpanTrack carton flow, FlowCell modular flow racks, SpeedCell high-density storage, tilted pick shelves and the SpeedCartt warehouse picking cart. Pallet track rollers and wheel rails cover pallet flow.

Send the carton or tote sizes, the pick face and the rack you have now, and we will quote the flow and picking setup.

How It Works

Bring the pick to the picker

Carton flow uses gravity to move cartons and totes forward to the pick face, so the next item is at the front. Unex adds tilted pick shelves, modular FlowCell racks and the SpeedCartt picking cart around it. Tell us what you pick and how often, and we will lay it out.

Send your loads, footprint, ceiling height, and throughput goals. A specialist returns a layout with capacities, a drawing, and lead times.
