Wire Containers & Rolling Carts

Stackable wire containers and lockable rolling carts for bulk parts, staging, and secure moves.

Wire Containers

Wire Mesh Containers and Rolling Security Carts

Bulk parts and work in process need a container you can see into, stack, and move with a forklift or on casters. Welded wire mesh does all three, and folding designs collapse flat when empty so return trips and storage take a fraction of the space.

This collection covers folding and rigid wire containers, junior containers for small parts, rolling wire security carts with locking doors, the RC2248 security cart, container accessories, and security trucks and nestable roller containers.

Containers for Storage, Carts for Moves

Choosing

Containers for Storage, Carts for Moves

Folding wire containers come in 40 by 48 inch footprints at 24, 30, and 36 inch heights, plus a 32 by 40 by 28 inch size. They stack when loaded, fold flat when empty, and have a drop-down gate for picking at a workstation. Junior containers carry 1,000 lb in a smaller footprint, in 1 inch and 1/2 inch mesh for small parts.

For moving and locking up stock, the rolling wire security carts in 48 by 32 and 48 by 24 inch footprints, 60 inches high, have mesh on four sides, a lockable hinged door, and four swivel casters. The RC2248 security cart carries 1,800 lb behind double locking doors in a narrow footprint. Tell us what you store, how it moves, and whether it needs to lock.

Applications

Where Wire Containers Work

Manufacturing WIP

Stackable containers hold bulk parts and work in process between operations, with contents visible through the mesh.

Distribution and Staging

Containers stage orders at the dock and fold flat for returnable packaging programs.

Controlled Stock

Lockable security carts and lids protect tools, high-value product, and returns in transit and storage.

Built In

Why Wire Mesh

See the Contents

Welded wire mesh shows what is inside without opening the container, and it lets air through.

Fold Flat When Empty

Folding and junior containers collapse for storage and return trips, and stack when full.

Add What You Need

Caster sets, dividers, and security lids turn a standard container into a mobile, divided, or lockable unit.

Stack Full, Fold Empty

Stack Full, Fold Empty

Folding wire containers stack when loaded for vertical storage and fold flat when empty to cut the footprint of return trips.

Drop-down front gates let workers pick from a container without unstacking it.

Locked While It Moves

Locked While It Moves

Rolling wire security carts close with a lockable hinged door on four sides of welded mesh, and the folding security truck takes a padlock on its latch clasp. Padlocks are not included.

Security lids lock onto specific wire containers and carts for the same control on bulk stock.
