Rolling steel ladders and work stands for picking, stocking, inspection, and maintenance.

Ladders & Work Stands

Portable Rolling Ladders and Work Stands

Picking, stocking, and maintenance crews reach up all day. A step stool or a leaning ladder is the wrong tool for that. A rolling ladder with handrails and wide steps gets someone to the top shelf or the machine safely, then moves to the next spot without being carried.

This collection covers rolling warehouse ladders, standard slope ladders, Roll-A-Fold and folding ladders that store flat, tilt-back maintenance and Tip-N-Roll ladders, compact spring-loaded ladders, a RolaStair rolling ladder with a guarded platform, and machine stands that straddle obstructions.

Start With the Height You Need to Reach

Step count sets the working height. Standard slope ladders run from 1 to 12 steps, rolling warehouse ladders from 6 to 16 steps, and Roll-A-Fold ladders from 4 to 12 steps. Most ladders here are rated at 350 lb, and many climb at a 58 degree angle, with a 50 degree EZ-climb option on the 12 to 16 step rolling ladders and Roll-A-Fold ladders.

Then choose how it moves and stores. Spring-loaded casters hold rolling ladders in place when someone climbs, tilt-back ladders roll on their wheels and set down on rubber feet, and folding ladders fold flat between jobs. Tell us the height you need to reach, your aisle width, and where the ladder lives when it is not in use.

Ladder Types

Which Style Fits the Work

Rolling Warehouse Ladders

Handrails, wide steps, and rolling wheels or casters for picking and stocking at height, from 6 to 16 steps, with toeboards on the tallest models.

Tilt-Back and Folding

Tip-N-Roll, maintenance, Roll-A-Fold, and folding ladders roll on their own wheels and set down to climb, and several fold flat for storage.

Work Stands

Machine stands in one, two, and three steps with platforms from 9.5 to 28.5 inches high and legs that straddle obstructions.

Built In

What Makes a Ladder Easy to Use All Day

Stable When Climbing

Spring-loaded casters retract under load so the ladder sits on its feet, and 6 to 12 step slope ladders add bottom step lock casters.

Step Surface Choice

Perforated and grip strut step treads are offered on many ladders here, with 24 inch wide steps on many models.

Options for the Job

Tool trays, safety chains, and foot-activated safety gates are available on select ladders.

Built for Picking at Height

Built for Picking at Height

Rolling warehouse ladders pair large front wheels with integrated handrails and a highlighted bottom step, and the 12 to 16 step models add toeboards and optional safety gates.

The 12 to 16 step models roll on spring-loaded casters that hold the ladder stable during use.

Reach the Machine, Not Just the Shelf

Reach the Machine, Not Just the Shelf

Machine stands use 1-1/4 inch steel tube with diagonal rear legs that straddle obstructions, with platforms from 12 to 48 inches in width and length.

Tip-N-Roll straddle-base ladders do the same for taller work around machinery.
