This machine automatically feeds, tensions, seals, and cuts polypropylene strapping around palletized loads, eliminating manual strapping labor in warehouses, distribution centers, and shipping departments. A probe arm passes strapping beneath a loaded pallet without repositioning it, completing a full feed-tighten-heat-seal-cut cycle before the portable unit moves to the next pallet.
Standard strapping is 1/2-inch polypropylene, with 3/8-inch and 5/8-inch available on request. A 40-inch foldable probe arm, adjustable tension settings, and consistent heat-sealed joints round out the machine, which runs on standard electrical power with a maximum tension of 175 lbs (model DBA-130), reducing labor and product damage during shipping.
