Forklifts & Pallet Trucks

Electric walkie pallet trucks, order pickers, reach trucks, and tow tractors sized to your aisle width, lift height, and duty cycle, quoted, not guessed at.

Electric Forklifts & Pallet Trucks

Electric Forklifts & Pallet Trucks

This line covers the powered equipment that moves pallets once they're off the truck: walkie pallet trucks for floor-level transport, order pickers and reach trucks for narrow-aisle storage, and rider tow tractors for pulling carts and trailers around the yard. Most of the line runs on lithium-ion power, which means no dedicated battery room, no acid handling, and opportunity charging between shifts instead of a swap station.

We've also bundled in the DEFENDER line of portable steel forklift walk ramps, they're not a truck, but they solve the same problem every one of these vehicles eventually runs into: bridging a gap between a dock and a trailer, or between ground level and a raised surface, safely enough for a loaded lift to cross. Every configuration here is quote-only. Capacity, mast height, aisle width, and freight all move the number, so we spec the truck to your operation before you see a price.

Walkie, Rider, or Reach: Matched to Your Aisle

Choosing the Right Truck

Walkie, Rider, or Reach: Matched to Your Aisle

A walkie pallet truck covers short floor-level moves where a rider platform isn't worth the footprint, medium-duty units handle the bulk of dock-to-storage transport at a lower cost than a rider truck. Once product moves up into rack, the choice shifts to order pickers and reach trucks: a compact narrow-aisle order picker lifts the operator to the pick face, while a reach stacker extends its forks out and up to place and retrieve loads in taller, tighter aisles without the wide turning radius a counterbalance truck needs.

For yard and dock work that isn't about racking at all, towing carts, dollies, or loaded trailers between dock doors, a rider tow tractor with a tight turning radius does the job a pallet truck can't. We match truck type to the move you're actually making: floor transport, vertical storage, or horizontal towing are three different jobs, and the right equipment for one is the wrong equipment for the others.

Applications

Where These Trucks Fit

Narrow-Aisle Distribution

Order pickers and reach stackers are built for aisles a standard counterbalance forklift can't turn in, putting picking and put-away within reach without widening the racking layout.

Multi-Shift Warehousing

Lithium-ion power takes an opportunity charge on a break instead of a full swap, which matters most on two- and three-shift floors where a battery room isn't practical.

Dock & Yard Transfer

Rider tow tractors move carts and trailers around the yard, and a DEFENDER walk ramp bridges the gap once that load needs to cross from dock to trailer bed or up from ground level.

Why Electric

Built for narrow aisles and long shifts

Lithium-Ion Across the Line

Most of this equipment runs lithium-ion power: no battery-swap room, no acid handling, and charging that fits around your shift breaks instead of dictating them.

Built for Tight Turning Radius

Narrow-aisle order pickers, reach stackers, and rider tow tractors are sized to maneuver in spaces a standard forklift can't work in without giving up rack capacity to wider aisles.

Specced to Your Duty Cycle

Medium-duty walkie trucks, high-capacity tow tractors, high-reach stackers: the class of equipment is matched to the load, lift height, and hours you're actually running, not sold as one-size-fits-all.

Narrow Aisle, Full Height

Narrow Aisle, Full Height

A reach stacker or order picker earns its keep in aisles a standard forklift can't turn in: extending forks out and up to reach a pallet position instead of swinging the whole truck around to face it. That's what lets a warehouse run tighter aisle widths without giving up rack height or storage density.

Because these trucks run lithium-ion, the same unit that picks all shift can take a 20-minute opportunity charge on a break instead of sitting on a swap station. We spec the mast height and capacity to your tallest rack level and heaviest load before anything ships.

Dock to Trailer, Safely

Dock to Trailer, Safely

A rider tow tractor with a tight turning radius handles the horizontal moves (pulling loaded carts or dollies between dock doors and staging areas) that a pallet truck or picker isn't built for. When that load needs to cross from the dock onto a trailer bed, or up from ground level to a raised platform, that's where a DEFENDER walk ramp comes in.

The ramp bridges the elevation change so a loaded truck crosses level instead of tipping into the gap. We size the ramp to your dock height and the equipment crossing it, quoted alongside the trucks that use it.

Frequently Asked Questions

A walkie pallet truck moves pallets at floor level: the operator walks alongside or rides a fold-down platform, and the forks lift just high enough to clear the floor. An order picker raises the operator up with the load, so they can pick or place product directly at height in narrow-aisle rack. If the move stays on the ground, a walkie truck is the right call; if you're working rack levels, you need a picker or reach truck.
Lithium-ion takes an opportunity charge during a break or between shifts instead of requiring a full swap and a dedicated battery room. It's the reason this equipment fits multi-shift floors that don't have space or staffing for battery maintenance. We'll confirm charging setup and duty cycle with you before finalizing a spec.
They're portable steel ramps that let a loaded forklift or pallet truck safely bridge the gap between a dock and a trailer bed, or between ground level and a raised surface, without the elevation change tipping a load. They come in a range of capacities and are quoted alongside the truck line since the two problems (moving a pallet, then crossing a gap with it) usually show up together.
Capacity, lift height, aisle width, power option, and attachments all change the truck and the price, and freight on powered equipment is application-specific: not a flat shipping rate. Tell us the load, the aisle, and the duty cycle and we'll spec the right truck and send a written quote, delivery included.
