The S-2001 dispenses, tightens, and seals economical polypropylene strapping around packages or bundles, joining strap ends by heat welding. The motor engages automatically when strap is inserted and switches off during idle periods.
A stainless steel strapping surface resists corrosion, accommodating 8"x8" or 9"x8" polypropylene strapping cores. Tension adjusts from 11 to 140 lbs, with built-in casters for portability and an accessible compartment for quick reloading. Measuring 23" x 35-1/2" x 30" and weighing 268 lbs, it runs on 115V single-phase power and handles both 1/2" and 3/8" strapping widths.
