These walk-around stretch wrap machines move to the load rather than requiring the load to come to a fixed turntable: a flexible, mobile way to secure palletized loads, oversized products, and irregular shipments right at the point of packaging. A powered film carriage automatically raises and lowers during wrapping, controlled through electronic touch-sensitive controls, with a chain-driven lift mechanism and quiet, reliable DC-powered drives.
Construction pairs a lightweight aluminum mast with rugged steel framing, and AGM battery power with an integrated charger keeps maintenance simple. The film holder accepts stretch wrap rolls up to 20 inches long, and two models offer maximum wrap heights of 88 or 72 inches, suited to tall pallets, oversized equipment, bundled materials, and loads too awkward for a conventional turntable wrapper.
