The 596PRA powered roller accumulator moves cartons, totes and unit loads on 24 V motorized rollers, eliminating drive belts, chains and line shafts entirely. Rollers sit high in a 5" formed steel channel frame, and accumulation is controlled by zone singulation with photoeye actuation. Zones typically measure 24" long, so product queues without touching: less damage, less misalignment coming out of the zone.
