Slider Bed Belt Conveyor

This slider bed belt conveyor moves cartons, totes and packages on a continuous belt, for handling heavier than light-duty work but short of full heavy-duty demands. Custom sizes and configurations are available.

• PVC-120 black belting
• Drive pulley 4 in dia. with 1-3/16 in shaft, or 8 in dia. with 1-7/16 in shaft, crowned and fully lagged
• Tail pulley 4 in dia., crowned, with 1-3/16 in shaft
• End drive for one-direction operation; optional center drive for reversible use
• Screw type take-up at the tail pulley with 12 in belt take-up
• Precision heavy duty ball bearing units with cast iron housings
• Safety pop-out rollers on both ends
• Electrical controls and floor supports optional

• Belt speed: 60 FPM constant
