HT Heat-resistant Conveyor Belt for Fines Up to 350 Degrees F (5-2733 / 5-3733)

5-3733 is a 3-ply, 330 PIW heat-resistant conveyor belt rated for fines up to 350 degrees F and larger lumps up to 400 degrees F. The HT compound resists hardening, cracking, and ozone attack in foundry and metal processing service.

• Heat-resistant (HT) compound for elevated-temperature service
• Rated to 350 degrees F for fines, 400 degrees F for larger lumps
• 3/16" smooth top cover, 1/16" smooth bottom cover
• Resists ozone attack, hardening, and cracking
• Less than 4% elongation under load
• Troughable, 65a hardness, stocked at 72" width
• Minimum pulley diameter 18" at over 80% tension, 12" for tails and snubs

Construction & Standards

Polyester/nylon carcass with smooth covers. HT compound is the temperature-resistance grade rather than oil- or fire-resistant variants.
