Roach Gravity, Powered Roller and Belt Conveyors

Roach makes gravity roller and rail wheel conveyor, spiral gravity conveyor, belt and chain driven live roller curves, powered roller zero pressure accumulating conveyor, plastic belt, wire mesh belt and slat conveyors, and a parts conveyor for chips, slugs and scrap. The line also covers turntables, chain, wheel and V-belt transfers, vertical conveyors, a pneumatic pusher for sortation, the Gator Singulator for parcel presorting, line shaft modules and a two-stage telescoping truckloader.

How It Works

From gravity lines to sortation and truck loading

A Roach line can start as gravity roller and grow from there. Add powered roller accumulation where product needs to queue, turntables and transfers for direction changes, vertical conveyors to move between levels, a pusher or singulator for sortation, and a telescoping truckloader at the dock. Barrel handling and parts conveyors cover drums and scrap.
