This is a general purpose wire mesh belt conveyor for hot, cold, oily or otherwise difficult product in continuous process lines where a standard belt would not survive.
Features
- 1/2 x 1 in x 11 gauge clinched edge galvanized wire mesh belt
- 7 x 1-1/2 in x 10 gauge formed channel frame with UHMW wear strips
- Adjustable 1.9 in x 16 gauge steel return rollers (model 196S)
- Screw type take-up with 12 in belt take-up
- Precision heavy duty ball bearing units with cast iron housings
- Floor supports optional
Specifications
- Drive sprockets: 4 in dia. with 1-3/16 in shaft, or 8 in dia. with 1-7/16 in shaft
- Belt speed: 60 FPM constant
- Motor: 1/2 HP, 230/460/3, 60 cycle, Super "E" right angle gear motor
- Drive: one-direction end drive, No. 50 roller chain for 1-1/2 HP or less, No. 60 on larger drives
