Packaging Dispensers & Carts

Carts and dispensers that keep strapping, wrap, rolls, and cartons at the packing station.

Packaging Dispensers and Carts for Shipping and Packing Areas

Packing stations lose time to supplies that are in the wrong place. A strapping coil on the floor, a roll of wrap that has to be carried to every pallet, boxes stacked wherever there was room. Carts and dispensers built for each material keep it at the point of use and ready to run.

This collection covers strapping and banding carts, a vertical and horizontal strapping cart, a pallet probe strapping cart, a wall-mounted strapping dispenser, stretch wrap and roll dispensers, reel dispensers, a shrink wrap roll cart, a roll dolly, paper dispenser stands, carton carts, and a stretch wrap caddy that mounts to a forklift or pallet truck.

Strapping Carts Sized to Standard Cores

The strapping carts and wall dispenser here fit 16 x 3, 16 x 6, and 8 x 8 inch cores, and most handle both steel and poly strapping. The pallet probe cart is built for polypropylene strapping: its arm extends from 40 to 64 inches to run strap under a loaded pallet along the center stringer.

The vertical and horizontal strapping cart sets the strap between 8 and 28 inches high and rotates for horizontal strapping. Tell us your strap type, core size, and how you strap loads, and we will match the cart.

Why It Helps

What Point-of-Use Supplies Solve

Less Walking

Supplies that roll to the pallet or mount at the station stop the trip back to wherever the roll was left.

Controlled Dispensing

Dispensers and turntables hold the roll or coil in place, so material feeds out evenly instead of unrolling across the floor.

Organized Stations

Trays, shelves, and dividers give tools, strapping, and boxes a place, so the next packer finds them where they belong.

Send us your strap type, roll sizes, and how your packing station is laid out.

We will match the carts and dispensers to your materials and quote them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most strapping carts here take steel and poly strapping on 16 x 3, 16 x 6, and 8 x 8 inch cores. The pallet probe cart is for polypropylene strapping, and the lightweight strapping cart model is poly only. Tell us your strap type and core size and we will confirm.
Not with the wall-mounted roll dispenser; hardware is not included. Plan anchors suited to your wall with whoever installs it.
It mounts to forklifts or pallet trucks with the included screws through pre-drilled holes, or with the included high-tack adhesive. Models are offered for both.
Some do not. The portable carton carts and paper dispenser stands ship knocked down for assembly on site. We will note assembly on your quote.
