In-Plant Structures

Pre-engineered modular structures built to spec for a single application, cleanrooms, security enclosures, healthcare spaces, and standalone buildings shipped ready to assemble.

In-Plant Structures

In-Plant & Prefabricated Structures

In-plant structures are pre-fabricated buildings and rooms built to a specific application, then shipped to your site ready to set and finish. The line spans a wide range, pre-engineered metal buildings, cleanroom and inspection enclosures, healthcare and screening rooms, security structures, and standalone exterior buildings, but every one of them shares the same build logic: panelized construction, engineered to your dimensions and use case, assembled off-site or on-site in a fraction of the time of stick-built construction.

This isn't one product with variations, it's a specialty structures program, covering applications from server rooms to guard towers to dugouts. If your project needs a purpose-built enclosure that isn't a standard mezzanine or modular office, this is the category to start from. Every structure is engineered to your application, site conditions, and use requirements, so pricing and lead time are quoted, not listed, send us your specs and we'll scope it.

Panelized Construction, Engineered to the Application

How They're Built

Panelized Construction, Engineered to the Application

Every structure in this line is built from insulated wall and roof panels manufactured off-site, then assembled either complete at the factory and shipped whole, or built up on your site from prefabricated components. Panel construction keeps wall thickness, insulation, and finish consistent from unit to unit, and lets the same base system flex into very different applications, a swab booth and a modular ICU room are built from the same panelized approach, finished for entirely different requirements.

What changes application to application is the fit-out: door and window placement, electrical and data rough-in, HVAC, glazing, security hardware, interior finish. None of these structures are off-the-shelf, dimensions, openings, and equipment are specified to your floor plan and how the space will be used, then engineered and built to that spec. Tell us the application and the footprint and we'll work from there.

Applications

Where In-Plant Structures Fit

Industrial & Facility Structures

Pre-engineered metal buildings, modular server rooms, CMM and inspection enclosures, and modular tall walls: standalone structures built into or alongside your existing facility for a specific operational need.

Healthcare & Screening Spaces

Modular ICU rooms, temperature screening booths, and swab booths built for controlled clinical or screening environments, engineered to the layout and traffic flow the application requires.

Security & Exterior Structures

Observation and rappel towers, jail cells, valet booths, gas station kiosks, and other exterior structures built for perimeter, security, or outdoor-service applications and shipped ready to set.

Why Modular

One application, built to spec

Built for One Application

Every structure is engineered around what it needs to do: a screening booth and a server room start from the same panel system but end up nothing alike. Nothing here is generic.

Shipped Ready to Assemble

Panels, doors, and fit-out components arrive pre-built and pre-finished. Site work is assembly and hookup, not construction from raw materials: a shorter timeline than stick-built.

One Point of Contact

Quoting, engineering, and fabrication run through one point of contact at Deluxe instead of coordinating multiple trades and vendors.

Tell us the application and the footprint.

Send your use case, dimensions, and site conditions and we'll scope an in-plant structure engineered to spec, with a written quote.

Panel by Panel, Purpose by Purpose

Panel by Panel, Purpose by Purpose

Every structure in this line starts from the same panelized building system: insulated wall and roof panels fabricated off-site to precise dimensions. What differs is what those panels become: a clean room for measurement equipment, a screening booth with a service window, a guard tower with a stair and platform, a server room with raised flooring and cable pathways.

That shared construction method is what makes a program this wide possible from one manufacturer. The engineering discipline is consistent even when the applications have almost nothing in common with each other.

One Spec, One Quote

One Spec, One Quote

Because every structure is built to an application, the process starts with your use case, not a catalog page. We work from your footprint, site conditions, and what the space needs to do (staffing a guard post, housing server racks, screening people through a doorway), and engineer the structure around that.

That's also why nothing here carries a listed price. A modular ICU room and a valet booth share a manufacturer but nothing else in scope, so each one gets quoted to its own spec rather than priced off a shelf.

Frequently Asked Questions

It's a pre-fabricated room or building manufactured as panels off-site and then assembled (either shipped complete or built up on your site from prefabricated components) for one specific application rather than as general-purpose space. Think purpose-built enclosure, not a stick-built room addition.
It's broad by design: pre-engineered metal buildings, cleanroom and CMM enclosures, healthcare and screening rooms, security structures like observation towers and jail cells, and exterior structures like valet booths and kiosks. If it doesn't fit a standard mezzanine or modular office, it likely fits here.
Because nothing in this line is a standard unit: every structure is engineered to your application, dimensions, and site conditions. Send us the use case and the footprint and we'll return a written quote scoped to what you actually need.
Freight and install are part of the conversation for most structures. Tell us your site conditions and delivery access along with the application and we'll scope the full project, not just the structure itself.
