These steel pull chain mechanical dock levelers are pit-mounted levelers that bridge the gap between a dock floor and a trailer bed, for warehouses, distribution centers, plants, freight terminals and shipping departments.
Features
- Spring-operated pull-chain activation with minimal maintenance
- 16 in lip for a stable transition into the trailer
- Heavy-duty diamond-plate steel deck over a steel channel understructure; structural welding to AWS standards
- Telescopic side-mounted toe guards; laminated dock bumpers included
- Meets CS 202-56, OSHA and ANSI MH14.5 standards
- Options: weather stripping, emergency stop systems, shallow-pit configurations, foam insulation, extended lips, front-of-dock leg kits and pour-in-place steel shells
