These carts give mobile ergonomic workstations for moving, loading, and unloading materials at a more comfortable working height, used in assembly, packaging, stocking, order picking, maintenance, and production support. An automatic spring-based mechanism lowers the platform as materials are added and raises it as items are removed, keeping load position within an ergonomic range; spring tension adjusts for different product weights.
Carts work mobile with a removable bolt-on handle, or convert to stationary tables by removing the handle and casters. Models span 400 to 800 lb. capacity with 20-inch-wide platforms and height service ranges up to 31-1/8 inches, built from heavy-duty steel with 5" x 1" poly casters in a durable orange finish, reducing bending, reaching, and repetitive motion strain.
