These collapsible guard rails ring an open manhole or work zone during utility maintenance, municipal repair, facility service and public works jobs, creating a visible perimeter that alerts pedestrians and limits access. The folding design sets up and breaks down quickly and stores compactly between jobs, and a safety chain secures the entry point while still allowing controlled worker access. Steel construction with a yellow powder-coated finish includes a lock bar, adjustable post knob, safety chain and hold-down brackets. Aluminum caution, danger, notice and warning signs are offered as options.
