Heavy Duty Guard Rails stop a 12,000 lb forklift traveling at 8 MPH, protecting equipment, product, and machinery from collisions in aisles, work cells, and storage areas. Posts use 4" schedule 80 pipe and rails use 6" schedule 40 pipe, both encased in maintenance-free HDPE plastic that never needs painting. A four-bolt mounting system installs the rail, which ships fully assembled in safety yellow. Custom specifications are available on request.
