The Drop Bottom Hopper is a forklift attachment for collecting, transporting, and dumping bulk materials, scrap, and debris. An open-top design allows easy loading, and a single bottom door opens via pull cable from the forklift seat, maximizing usable hopper space by eliminating the steep angled sides found on many self-dumping hoppers. Fork pockets (8" x 2.5" on 24" centers) let a forklift lift the hopper so the bottom door can open freely during dumping, backed by a safety restraint for secure handling. Steel construction with a baked-in blue powder-coat finish. It holds 1 cubic yard with a 3,000 lb. load rating; always follow the forklift's own load center ratings.
