Structural Pallet Rack

This is a structural pallet rack for warehouses and plants that need more strength and impact resistance than roll-formed rack. Uprights and beams are fabricated from hot-rolled C-channel structural steel and finished in powder coat.

This is a modular system that expands as storage needs grow, and the same structural configuration is used in drive-in, pallet flow and pushback systems. Guard rail, rack column protectors and other safety products are also available.

Features

• Columns and frames in 3 in, 4 in or 5 in structural channel steel for resistance to forklift impact and seismic forces
• Footpads made of 7-gauge steel plates welded to each column to disperse floor loads, with heavier-duty options available
• One-piece, seamless high-strength steel, continuously welded with a full vertical weld
• Structural angle steel for all horizontal and diagonal bracing
• Bolted beams adjust in 2 in vertical increments and use two bolts per connection
• Heavy 7-gauge wrap-around connector plates help square the rack for a tighter connection
• Grade 5 hardware provides greater shear strength and is designed to exceed RMI standards
