Trough Bed Belt Conveyor for Loose Material

This trough bed belt conveyor moves loose material through a facility, for plants handling bulk or loose product. The trough shapes the belt so material stays on the conveyor instead of spilling over the edges.

Features

• 7 in deep x 12 gauge box type bed with bed pan braces and a 2-1/2 in deep x 12 gauge formed trough with formed side flanges
• PVC-120 black belting
• Drive pulley 4 in dia. with 1-3/16 in shaft, or 8 in dia. with 1-7/16 in shaft, crowned and fully lagged
• End drive for one-direction operation; optional center drive for reversible use
• Screw type take-up with 12 in belt take-up
• Safety pop-out rollers on both ends
• Electrical controls and floor supports optional
