The 3-Strand 90-degree Wheel Transfer changes product direction at a right angle inside a conveyor line, raising wheel strands above the conveyor surface to carry the load across an intersecting path. It installs within the conveyor frame and uses a pneumatic lift to bring the strands into the product path for a repeatable transfer. It is commonly matched with gravity-fed conveyor sections where a driven belt or chain conveyor is not required, and suits loads up to roughly 500 pounds.
