The Primo Sort is a pneumatic pusher-style sortation device that diverts product off a conveyor line with controlled lateral motion. A 2" diameter air cylinder drives a 1/8" aluminum channel pusher plate across the conveying surface, pushing items into a designated takeaway path. Stroke lengths up to 36" let the unit handle a range of product sizes and conveyor widths while keeping positioning consistent.
