The PC parts conveyor is a compact belt conveyor that collects small parts, chips, slugs and scrap from machining, fabrication or assembly equipment and carries them into hoppers or bins for disposal or recycling.
Features
- 3-ply black nitrile belt with 1-1/2 in molded cleats on 12 in centers, or 1/2 x 1 in flat wire mesh belt with galvanized cleats (6 in wide units not available with wire mesh)
- Formed steel slide keeps the belt and cleats inside the bed
- 7 in deep x 12 gauge one-piece formed box-type bed
- Portable supports on 4 in casters, adjustable at both ends
- 3-1/2 in high x 12 gauge guard rails with a gate at the infeed
- Electrical controls optional
