The HD1200PB is a heavy duty plastic belt conveyor for footed pallets, large rolls, drums and containers that a typical roller conveyor cannot handle. Series 1200 flat top belting carries extra heavy loads with positive engagement.
Features
- Series 1200 flat top gray polypropylene belt
- 7 x 1-1/2 in x 7 gauge channel frame, open style bed with UHMW wearstrips
- Catenary take-up at the discharge end
- Adjustable 1.9 in x 16 gauge steel return rollers with rubber sleeves (model 196S)
- Precision heavy duty ball bearing units with cast iron housings
- Floor supports optional

- Sprockets: 10.2 in pitch dia. with 2.5 in square bore
- Belt speed: 35 FPM constant
- Motor: 1/2 HP, 230/460/3, 60 cycle, Super "E" right angle gear motor
- Drive: one-direction, No. 50 roller chain for 1-1/2 HP or less, No. 60 on larger drives
