The 192S gravity conveyor uses 1.9-inch diameter, 12 gauge steel rollers set in a formed steel frame, moving medium weight unit loads without power. Plain ball bearings are zinc plated and grease packed for consistent rotation. Frame capacity and roller construction balance structural stiffness against ease of integration, so the 192S drops into larger gravity conveyor systems for typical handling tasks.
