Static-Conductive Grain Elevator Belt (5-3335)

5-3335 is a 3-ply, 330 PIW static-conductive, moderately oil-resistant, fire-retardant conveyor belt built for grain elevator service. The 1/16" by 1/16" SCORF cover package meets MSHA Part 14 for grain handling and supports custom bucket-bolt punching.

Features

• 3-ply polyester/nylon carcass rated at 330 PIW working tension
• SCORF compound: static conductive, moderately oil resistant, fire retardant
• Meets MSHA Part 14 for grain handling (not approved for underground mining)
• 1/16" smooth top cover, 1/16" smooth bottom cover
• Less than 4% elongation for stable bucket alignment
• Working temperature 0 to 250 degrees F
• Punchable for any bucket pattern including custom spacing
• Minimum pulley diameter 18" at over 80% tension, 12" for tails and snubs
