Ergonomic Packing Station

This ergonomic packing station is a workbench built for order fulfillment, kitting and shipping and receiving: packing, labeling, taping and staging cartons for outbound freight. Unlike a general-purpose workbench, the work surface height, reach zones and accessory mounting are built around a repetitive, high-cycle packing task.

Features

• Fixed-height stations: set to a standard 34 to 36 in working height
• Adjustable-height (sit-stand) stations: a crank or electric lift moves the surface through a working range of roughly 28 to 44 in, so one station serves operators of different heights or alternates between sitting and standing
• Lower shelf and pegboard: holds reserve stock, tape guns and hand tools within reach

• Width: 48 in, 60 in or 72 in. 48 in suits a single-operator station with a scale and label printer; 60 and 72 in give room for multiple totes, a shipping computer and staging for larger cartons.
