This carton flow rack is a gravity-fed pick module for distribution centers and manufacturing kitting lines doing split-case order picking. Cartons, totes or cases loaded from the back slide forward under their own weight to a pick face at the front, so pick locations stay full and pickers never reach past empty positions.

• Lanes per level: 3, 4 or 6, matched to bay width and SKU density
