Professional Hand Chain Hoists serve warehouses, maintenance departments, fabrication shops, construction sites and machine repair, with a compact footprint suited to restricted overhead clearance. Heat-treated spur gears give smooth load handling with minimal hand chain effort, and a reinforced double pawl brake with larger diameter springs keeps load control secure while raising and lowering. Grade 100 alloy steel load chain is more durable than standard grade 80, with forged steel upper and lower hooks and safety latches. Capacities run 1,000 to 10,000 lbs with lift heights of 10, 15 or 20 feet. Every unit carries a four-to-one safety factor against rated load, is individually tested at 150% of capacity, and meets ANSI B30.16-2003.
