These extensions handle longer pallets, oversized loads, and extended materials that exceed standard pallet truck fork length. They slide quickly over existing pallet truck forks and secure with a retaining set screw plus an integrated steel retaining notch beneath the fork for dual-point retention.
Heavy-duty steel construction with a powder-coated finish comes sold in pairs (both forks) in 6-1/2" and 7-1/4" fork pocket widths, at 48 inches overall length. Capacity depends on the rated capacity of the pallet jack in use; extensions are compatible with six different Pallet Master pallet truck configurations, eliminating the need for a larger truck while preventing loads from dragging and improving stability and control.
