This lifter gives a secure way to raise and transport 30- and 55-gallon drums with an overhead crane, hoist, or similar lifting device, without tilting or spillage. A steel saddle cradles the drum while a ratchet strap holds it securely in place during the lift, preventing rotation or dumping.
Durable steel construction with a yellow baked-in powder coat finish carries a uniform 1,000 lb. capacity, fitting steel, plastic, and fiber drums up to 24-5/8 inches in diameter. Integral fork pockets allow forklift transport between work areas, and a fork truck restraint strap adds safety during repositioning: a non-tilting design for safe vertical lifting only.
