Manual Drum Deheaders for 30 and 55 Gallon Steel Drums

These deheaders convert closed-head steel drums into open storage containers by removing the drum head. The DD-9 and DD-9-NS use an angled blade that cuts through the drum while flattening the cut edge to eliminate sharp edges; the D-HEAD-1 works like a household can-opener with a vice-grip attachment, driven by a 1/2" manual ratchet wrench or an electric drill. A non-sparking version (DD-9-NS) is offered for hazardous environments. All models fit 30- and 55-gallon steel drums plus 5-gallon pails, with adjustable cutting depth for different drum thicknesses; replacement blades are sold separately. Never use a pneumatic or electric impact wrench with these tools: doing so risks injury or equipment damage.
