Long deck carts give ergonomic handling to sheet goods, strip stock, panels, long components and other awkward loads across warehouses, fabrication shops and production lines. Standard models use a manual hydraulic foot pump, adjusting the platform from 31 inches lowered to 49 inches raised for staging and transport at working height. A quarter-inch-thick steel deck spans a structural steel base that distributes long loads evenly, riding on four swivel 5" x 2" poly-on-steel casters with dual floor locks. Platforms come in 20" or 30" widths and 60" to 120" lengths, rated 2,000 lb. or 4,000 lb. evenly distributed. Factory-installed AC, 12V DC battery, reciprocating air/oil and rotary air/oil power options are available.
