The Hydraulic Pail Crusher reduces empty 5-gallon steel pail volume for disposal, delivering 10,000 lbs. of crushing force in a 70-second cycle that compresses a pail to about 2" high before resetting automatically. An 18" cylinder stroke drives the crush. Steel construction with a baked-in blue powder-coat finish runs on 115V single-phase power, with a pressure relief valve, door interlock, and emergency stop mushroom button, meeting OSHA and JIC standards. Removable legs allow freestanding or benchtop mounting; an optional aluminum drip pan contains expelled liquids.
