Horizontal Plate Clamps lift a single steel plate in a horizontal position for overhead handling. Heavy-duty steel construction with a blue powder-coat finish uses a ribbed gripping surface that holds without marring the material. Working load limits of 2,000 lbs. (HPC-20), 4,000 lbs. (HPC-40) and 8,000 lbs. (HPC-80) are offered, suited to material with surface hardness up to 30 RC (300 HB). They are not for stainless steel or aluminum plates, and are intended only for clean, oil-free single plates. Meets ASME B30.20.
