The Horizontal Drum Tap (TAP-3) opens a drum bung, empties the drum, and closes the bung again: all with the drum lying horizontal, no rotation needed. A locking ring attaches the tap to the bung; pushing the handle in while twisting unscrews the bung, and pulling the handle out dispenses contents (reverse to close and remove). It can also fill a horizontal drum with the bung at the top. Fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene construction with nitrile rubber O-rings fits standard 2" bungs on any steel drum lid size.
