The Hoist Mounted Pail Carrier/Rotator (PCT-5) lifts and controllably empties 5, 6, and 6-1/2 gallon plastic or metal pails with an overhead hoist. An adjustable upper bail balances the load, a 3:1 gear ratio gives effortless tipping, and a ratcheting nylon harness secures the pail in any position. Steel construction meets ANSI B30.20. It carries a 200 lb. uniform capacity, measures 22-3/4" x 17" x 20-5/8", and weighs 28 lbs.
