Hinge & Sliding Tilt Tables are electric hydraulic tilters that angle containers and materials for ergonomic access during manufacturing, assembly, packaging, sorting, and material handling tasks. An internal power unit drives a double-acting hydraulic cylinder, controlled by a handheld push button on an 8-foot coil cord. The hinge model bolts down at four points for stationary use; the sliding model uses a patented sliding link-tilt design that needs minimal floor space and includes fork pockets for moving it when unloaded. Both tilt up to 45 degrees and hold 4,000 lbs. evenly distributed, with three-sided access (no side gussets). Steel construction with a blue finish; a hand control pedestal and accordion skirt guarding are available options.
