The Energy Absorbing Bollard Plate turns a rigid bollard into a flexible barrier, letting it sway on impact instead of taking the full force, reducing damage to both the bollard and whatever hits it. A rubber core bonded between two steel mounting plates absorbs the energy of impact. Pre-drilled mounting holes fit onto existing bollards or other surfaces, finished with a protective paint coating.
