Electric Material Handling Carts move heavy loads over long distances in warehouses, hospitals and distribution centers. A battery-operated traction drive uses an 800W motor (500W on one model) with two 12V rechargeable batteries and onboard charging, and a mid-axle drive gives precise, pinpoint turning in tight spaces. Controls include an ergonomic throttle lever with forward and reverse, a slow/fast speed switch, a battery level gauge and an emergency reverse safety function. Steel construction is offered in open-platform, enclosed side-panel and multi-shelf configurations finished in gray, with capacities from 500 to 2,000 lbs. depending on configuration.
