Automatic Eagle Beak Drum Lifters are fork truck attachments that secure, move and release drums automatically, without the operator leaving the seat. They work with open- or closed-head 30 and 55-gallon drums in plastic or steel, provided the top lip can support the drum's weight. Welded steel construction with a powder-coat finish includes fork pockets 7-1/2" wide by 2-1/2" high on 20-1/2" centers, a safety restraint that secures the unit to the fork truck and a ratchet strap for stability over rough terrain. Single-drum versions carry up to 1,000 lbs. and double-drum versions up to 2,000 lbs. total. Belt and roller options minimize surface scratches, and the design meets OSHA 1910-178.
