Air Corner Tilters provide ergonomic loading and unloading of bulk containers, gaylords, and crates, with two-wall accessibility for both pallet jacks and fork trucks. Pneumatic power automatically tilts the container as it empties: the air bag inflates and shifts contents toward the corner for easier extraction, with the regulator activating tilt at approximately 900 lbs of remaining weight.
Built from heavy-duty 7-gauge steel with a multi-ply air bag and adjustable air line filter/regulator assembly, plus a 3-1/2" ID vacuum wand holder. Maximum capacity 1,500 lbs, tilt angle up to 45 degrees, 71"W x 52"D base footprint. Activated by hand-operated control lever or foot pedal.
