The Aerosol Can Recycle System converts used aerosol cans into scrap metal, exempting them from hazardous-waste disposal regulations once processed. It threads into a standard 30 or 55 gallon steel or poly drum (the recycler body into the 2" bung, the filter into the 3/4" bung) then a lever punctures the can to safely relieve pressure before emptying its contents into the drum. A two-piece filter with a carbon cartridge removes odors and harmful emissions, and an anti-static wire grounds the drum per OSHA requirements to prevent static buildup. Safety goggles and a carbon filter are included.
