Tubular Structural Pallet Rack

This is a closed tubular structural pallet rack for heavy loads, seismic zones and high-impact warehouses. It combines the load capacity of structural channel rack with the torsional strength of closed tubular steel.

Conventional racks often max out around 30,000 lb. With high-strength bolted beam connections, SK4000 frames are rated to support loads exceeding 70,000 lb, which suits AS/RS systems that need stability at extreme heights. The closed-tube shape gives higher resistance to fork truck impact and torsional forces than C-channel designs, and it is easy to keep clean for food, beverage and pharmaceutical facilities. It comes in 13 standard colors with adjustable beam placement.
