Damaged pallet rack is a real hazard: a rack that isn't replaced after an impact may still collapse if overloaded or loaded incorrectly. A range of products is available to guard rack systems against impact and protect workers and product.
Steel Guard rails install for as much or as little vertical protection as needed -- the same guardrail systems used around in-plant offices or production lines, valued here for their versatility and visibility.
Rack-end guards are less visible than a full rail but still highly visible, sized to a standard 42" deep rack (two units per double row). Unlike a straight guard rail, the rack-end guard wraps around the front column for front impact protection, and can be specified for nearly any rack depth to protect both the front and sides of a row in one installation.
