A mobile lifter that picks heavy reels, such as paper reels, off a pallet, rotates them and places them in a packaging or printing machine without manual lifting. Rubber-padded gripping arms hold the reel and only release it once it rests on the floor or a pallet.

- Manual rotation with tilt locking every 90 degrees, or programmable electric rotation
