Gravity Skatewheel Conveyor for Cartons and Totes

A gravity skatewheel conveyor moves flat-bottomed cartons and totes across a facility without power, drive belts or electrical service. Product rides on rows of free-spinning steel skate wheels set in a light aluminum frame, so a single worker can reposition a run by hand.

Skatewheel is the right choice over roller conveyor when loads are light, flat-bottomed and reasonably uniform: the closely spaced wheels support small cartons that would fall between rollers, and the staggered pattern lets a carton track around a curve without binding.
