SINGLE OR DOUBLE RAIL
Single rail posts in the Deluxe Systems GuardRail line stand 17″ high, while double rail posts measure 43″ high, offering two levels of protection depending on the application requirements.
STANDARD SIZES
Deluxe Systems GuardRail rails are available in standard lengths ranging from 0′-8″ to 9′-8″ in one-foot increments, allowing for precise layout and alignment between posts.

GuardRail Styles & Sizes
Deluxe Systems GuardRail is available in two configurations: Single Rail with 17″ high posts and Double Rail with 43″ high posts. All posts are constructed from 4″ square x 1/4″ wall structural steel tubing and include metal caps and 9″ square x 1/2″ thick steel base plates. Each base plate features four 7/8″ anchor holes, with floor anchors included for installation. The system is finished in high-visibility safety yellow powder coat, with custom height options available to suit specific protection requirements.
Rail Lengths
Deluxe Systems GuardRail uses 11-gauge formed steel rails available in standard lengths from 0′-8″ to 9′-8″, designed to span exact foot increments center-to-center between posts. Rails are secured to posts with 1/2″ x 5″ through bolts for strong, stable connections. All rails are finished in durable, safety yellow powder coat, with custom lengths available to accommodate specific layout requirements.
Quick & Easy Installation
Deluxe Systems GuardRail components are designed for quick bolt-together assembly, with post base plates anchored directly to the floor. Every order includes all required mounting hardware and anchors for a complete and secure installation.
GuardRail Options
Additional options available include rail lift-out kits, offset post base plates, and corner offset posts.
